Working Principle
The automatic magnetic separator can perform complete cleaning without stopping the production process. It is equipped with a pre-programmed PLC and can operate independently or connect to a central control room system for remote control. Double, triple, quadruple, and larger configurations are also available for higher-strength magnetic separation.
The magnetic rods remain in the processing chamber until a cleaning signal is received. Compressed air is then supplied to each separation tube to remove contaminants. The magnetic rods first pass through the product to perform the filtering action and then move into the left and right chambers to discharge the collected ferrous materials.

Performance
The automatic magnetic separator removes ferrous metal contaminants and magnetic stainless steel particles down to the micron level. It meets the hygiene requirements of various industries and features automatic self-cleaning for continuous operation. The system is also suitable for connection to a central control room.

Unilateral Magnetic Separator
The base of the grid-shaped automatic magnetic separator consists of multiple stainless steel magnetic grids stacked together and equipped with a specialized magnetic-field design. The resulting magnetic screen maintains close contact with flowing materials, enabling it to capture even the finest metallic contaminants and provide a high standard of separation.
The compact SUS304 stainless steel construction allows simple, space-saving integration into existing production lines while ensuring high durability and a long service life.

Fluid Magnetic Separator
In the automatic fluid magnetic separator, a set of magnetic rods with an automatic cleaning function creates a complex flow-through magnetic field. The magnetic rods are equipped with powerful neodymium magnets which, in combination with the flow-through magnetic field, provide effective separation of extremely fine ferromagnetic contaminants. The entire separator cleaning process is fully automatic.
