Product Introduction
The flip-flow screen is developed by combining circular vibrating screen technology with toothed screen panel technology. It consists of a vibration exciter box, screen box, intermediate shaft, drive system, and spring assemblies. The machine features high elasticity, stable vibration, and a compact structure.
The polyurethane elastic screen panels perform continuous flip-flow motion based on the resonance principle. This motion generates material throwing acceleration up to 30–50 times gravitational acceleration, effectively solving common screening problems such as low screening efficiency, screen panel clogging, and high noise levels.
