Working Principle

The filtration function of the drawer-type magnetic separator separates any iron substances from the material. According the requirements, the design can be from single layer to multi-layer to design the most suitable magnetic separator according to different working environments.

Structural Features:

• Surface Treatment: mirror polishing, wire drawing or sandblasting.
• Material: stainless steel SUS304 or SUS316 or SUS316L
• Magnet: High strength rare earth permanent magnet material. The surface magnetic field strength can reach more than 14000 Gauss
• Working Temperature: The working temperature of conventional products is lower than 80°C. For special needs, we can provide high-temperature resistant products that can withstand different working temperatures such as 100°C, 120°C, 150°C, and 180°C. and can provide products with a maximum temperature resistance of 350°C.
• Installation Method: round and square flange or quick clamp interface.
• Cleaning Method: provide common type and easy-to-clean type for selection.
