

Working Principle
Rotary magnetic separators are designed to remove iron particles from very fine powders that can clog and bridge fixed grids to avoid clogging. The plug rotation device is designed in such a way that it allows the magnet rod to pass through the powder thereby increasing the contact between the magnet rod and the powder. Due to the slow rotation, it prevents bridging of the product. The design allows you to easily clean the magnetic wand by hand, provides an outlet for magnetic contamination, and provides variable speed control if needed.
Characteristic:
- Surface Treatment: mirror polishing, wire drawing or sandblasting.
- Box Material: SUS304, SUS316, SUS316L.
- Magnetic Field Level: above 3000Gs, 8000Gs, 10000Gs, 12000Gs, 14000Gs.
- Working Temperature: ≤ 80℃; to the highest 350℃.
- Installation Method: round and square flange or quick clamp interface.
- Cleaning Method: provide common type and easy-to-clean type for selection.
- Geared Motor: provide relevant parameter requirements, explosion-proof grade, or brand information.
Construct:
The rotary grid separator is composed of three parts: a ring-shaped magnetic grid, a stainless steel box and a deceleration motor. When the deceleration motor is energized, the ring-shaped magnetic grid in the box is driven to rotate.
