Working Principle
Plate magnets are designed for use on chutes and hanging on conveyed product. The magnetic plate installed at the bottom of the chute will provide maximum protection when the product passes through the powerful magnetic circuit. A magnetic field is projected from the surface of the magnetic plate into the product stream and pulls ferrous contamination onto the surface of the magnetic plate.
Structural Features:
- Surface Treatment: mirror polished, brushed or sandblasted, up to food grade requirements.
- Material: stainless steel SUS304 or SUS316 or SUS316L.
- Magnet: High-strength rare earth permanent magnet material. Surface magnetic field strength is above 1500 - 10000 Gauss.
- Working Temperature: The working temperature of conventional products is lower than 80 ℃, and the highest temperature resistance can be provided for special needs 350°C product.
- Installation Method: bolts, rings, locks, hinges, etc. are fixed on the magnetic plate.
- Cleaning Method: provide common and easy-to-clean options.
- Type: flush face type, spout face type, exposed pole type, suspended plate type.
Flush Face Type (FF)
When used in chutes and conveyor belts above the production line, the flush magnetic plate type can provide the best separation of impurity metals.
When installed above the material flow, these magnetic plates provide continuous protection for downstream processing equipment.

Tapered Step Type (TS)
- Tapered stepped plate magnets are suitable for high density product applications.
- Specifically designed to keep ferrous contaminants on their solid tapered steps to prevent impurity iron and fines from being washed away, even when flowing rapidly.

Exposed Pole Type (EP)
Exposed pole plate magnets feature a two exposed plate design for high performance impurity metal separation in low to medium volume applications.

Suspended Plate Type (SP)
Suspended magnetic plates can be used in many industries to extract ferrous contaminants from production lines. Offer superior efficiency as they require no energy consumption and will not fail in the event of power fluctuations or shutdowns. These powerful magnets are usually mounted directly above the conveyor line or suspended above the transfer head pulleys at the discharge point.

Easy to Clean
The magnetic plate can be equipped with a stripper separator for simple removal of trapped iron material. There are longitudinal steel slats at the bottom of the partition to prevent iron material captured during the cleaning process from jumping back to the surface of the magnetic plate.
