Working Principle

The material to be treated enters the top of the drum magnetic separator and flows over the surface of the drum, all non-ferrous metal products that are not affected by the magnets will fall freely from the drum into the clean material flow as the drum shell rotates around the fixed magnetic field. Any ferrous impurity metal will be captured by the magnetic field and held on the surface of the drum. As the drum rotates, the metal is carried through the diverter and released out of the magnetic field.

Working Temperature: 80℃- 250℃.
Import and Export Methods: flanges, crimping, straight pipes, etc. can be used.

Applicable Fields:

It is suitable for processing powder materials and granular materials, and sorting iron impurities with larger particles with a diameter of more than 0.5mm. Suitable for fine chemicals, sugar factories, food factories etc.
