Working Principle

Suitable for removing medium to large iron materials that would bridge or block the product if filtered through a magnetic grid. It also has a drawer-type and hinge-mounted design for quick cleaning。

Application:

Plate housing magnet are widely used in food, feed, pharmaceutical, grain, chemical and other fields to remove iron and ferrous fine powder in anti-flow bulk materials that are easily blocked by debris. The stainless steel housing can be easily installed on closed jet lines or directly on processing equipment.

• Material: stainless steel SUS304 or SUS316 or SUS316L.
• Magnet: high-strength rare earth permanent magnet material，Surface magnetic field strength is above 1500-10000 Gauss.
