
Magnetic Bar(MB)
Working Principle
The magnetic bar uses the magnetic force generated by itself to absorb the iron material on the tube wall of the magnetic rod to achieve the function of filtering impurities, thereby protecting the downstream equipment and improving the purity of the material.
The inside of the magnetic bar uses rare earth permanent magnets as the magnetic field, the surface is wrapped with 304 or 316L stainless steel tubes, and the two ends are sealed and welded.

Structural Features:
- The surface magnetic field strength of the high-intensity magnetic bar with a diameter of 25mm can reach more than 1000-14000 Gauss.
- The surface is composed of SUS304, SUS316 or SUS316L stainless steel tubes welded and sealed and polished. Can be used to handle dry powder, wet or liquid materials.
- The surface is mirror polished, which can meet the requirements of food hygiene.
- The common diameter of the magnetic rod is 25mm (1 inch), the diameter and length can be customized according to the requirements. The maximum length can be make 2500mm. Special magnetic bars are also available, such as square or rectangular, triangular and drop-shaped.
- The working temperature of conventional products is less than ≤ 80 °C, and can be made with temperature resistance of 100 °C, 120 °C, 150 °C, 180 °C, 220 °C, 250 °C, etc., up to 350 °C.
- Both ends of the magnetic rod can be made into threaded holes, screw rods, rings, conical tips, etc. according to requirements, which is convenient for installation.

Avoid the powder build-up, thereby resolving bridging and clogging. Powder runs down the sides of the tube instead of accumulating on top. Captures ferrous contaminants and migrates to the underside of the magnet.
