Working principle
The magnetic hump usually consists of two plate magnets mounted in an offset housing and mounted in a vertical spout. When the product enters the case, it directly hits the surface of the first plate magnet, passes through the declination of the case and directly hits the surface of the second plate magnet. Specifically designed to provide excellent separation for bulky, poorly flowing or abrasive materials.
Structural Features:
- Surface Treatment: mirror polished, brushed or sandblasted, up to food grade requirements.
- Shell Material: stainless steel SUS304 or SUS316 or SUS316L.
- Magnet: Rare earth permanent magnet or ferrite magnet. Surface magnetic field strength is 1500 - 10000 Gauss or above.
- Working Temperature: Ferrite: ≤80℃, 100℃–350℃. / NdFeB: ≤80℃, 100℃–220℃.
- Cleaning Method: provide common and easy-to-clean options.
- Type: single hump, double hump, easy to clean.

Magnetic Hump Type:
Single Hump Type:Single hump magnets cannot accommodate double hump forms due to height restrictions. The semi-hump housing directs the material flow onto a single high-strength permanent magnet and breaks up the accumulated material to remove and capture metal contaminants.

Double Hump Type:
Double magnetic humps are used to remove ferrous materials and convey heavy, loose flowing materials in vertical gravity launders. Mounting the unit vertically is very efficient because the falling material directly impacts the first magnetic plate and subsequent Changing direction allows the second magnetic plate to remove any iron material not captured by the first magnetic plate.

Self-Cleaning Magnetic Hump Type:
Using the pneumatically controlled self-cleaning magnetic hump provides safe and convenient operation to remove a variety of contaminants, and the cleaning of the separator can be completed in minutes. It consists of a magnetic plate and a pneumatic discharge gate, which can release the collected stream iron through a special discharge chute. After the cleaning operation is complete, the magnetic plates and gates will resume processing.
