Working Principle

The Magnetic Bullet Separator is a compact, efficient in-line magnetic separator for extraction of ferrous contaminants from gravity conveying or pneumatic piping. Usually installed in pneumatic lines for food powder and high speed feeding lines.

The separator is constructed of stainless steel, and the dry, free-flowing product flows through the valve body and through the cartridge magnet cartridge, expelling contaminants. Magnetic separators can be horizontal or vertical to make the flow up or down, and internal deflectors ensure product transfer to the bullet magnets with minimal turbulence and no clogging.

Structural Features:

Surface Treatment: mirror polished, brushed or sandblasted, up to food grade requirements.
Shell Material: stainless steel SUS304 or SUS316 or SUS316L.
Magnet: rare earth permanent magnet or ferrite magnet. Surface magnetic field strength is 1500 - 12000 Gauss or more.
Working Temperature: Ferrite: ≤80℃，100℃–250℃, NdFeB: ≤80℃，100℃–220℃.
Installation Type: flange type, buckle type, etc. to provide options.
